TU Madmen Chapter Quarterly Meeting 

BUILDING MAD RIVER WATERSHED PARTNERSHIPS

When: November 21, 2019 — We will gather from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. for socializing & dinner. At about 6:45 p.m., there will be a few brief announcements about upcoming chapter events and other news items. We will begin the main presentation at 7:00 p.m.

Where: Bogey’s at Rocky Lake – 3950 S Yellow Springs St, Springfield, OH 45506 – two miles south of I-70 on US Route 68. Food service and full bar will be available for purchase by attendees. Come early and have dinner.

Format: This will be a networking and social event. Learn from and meet others who are involved in protecting the Mad River Watershed, while improving its communities. Enjoy the activities, food and drink in the company of people who share your passion for the Mad River. Chapter members and non-members are all welcome.

Main Presentation: The following partners will share what they are doing to to support the Mad River:

  • Sarah Hippensteel Hall, Miami Conservancy District (MCD);
  • Bob Gable, ODNR-Scenic River Program;
  • Chris Crowley, Clark County Park District; and
  • Katie Johnstone, Climbers Coalition & TU Madmen Chapter

Mini-Raffle: We will have a small raffle before adjourning.
